The UCC Program was updated adding actual laws to the user interface for quick reference and adding new statutes for 2016

The Uniform Criminal Complaint program is updated at least once each year (Usually in January to add the new laws).

Many times we also do maintenance updates throughout the year if necessary. This year the Circuit Court Clerk sent a communication concerning Social Security Numbers (SSNs) that have been included on complaints and warrants filed with the Court. It stated that there are departments using complaint forms and warrant forms that are in direct violation of federal law and Illinois Supreme Court Rule 15. The law and Rule prohibit the use of any persons Social Security Number in any document filed with the Court.
